• Dependents (name, birth date, and net income earned if applicable)
• All T Slips (T4, T5, T3, T4RSP)
• Home Buyers repayment amount if any
• Rent or Property Tax amount paid
• Spousal and/or child support paid (if able to claim)
• Void cheque for first time direct deposit or electronic account information
• Advise if claiming disability amount
• Spouses NET income, date of birth, & Social Insurance Number (if filing separately)
